Rectangular irregularly shaped wool rug with woven African symbols. On top of a natural and brown mixed colored canvas base, the rug has medium pile in mixed yarns, creating ombre areas in soft natural shades. A line of woven African symbols crosses the rug, with the last symbol embroidered on the visible canvas at one of the edges. Uneven cut-edge finish of the borders, and woolen braids in Sandstone color at each corner. A cotton tote bag and a non-slip underlay are included with every rug. This is a unique artisan piece, carefully designed by Lorena Canals and sustainably handcrafted in our own factory using natural fibers and upcycled materials, non-toxic dyes, and a firm commitment to the planet and people. From the design process, to material sourcing and production, we always choose options that minimize waste and ensure long-lasting designs. This product is made with RWS-certified wool. The RWS is a voluntary global standard that addresses the welfare of sheep and of the land they graze on.
